RECENTLY GOT SATOH BEAVER S370. TRANSPORTER JUMPED OLD BATTERY AND STARTED. ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER UNABLE TO START, EVEN W/ NEW BATTERY (RETESTED BATTERY AND IS GOOD). COULD BE I DON'T HOW TO GET GLOW PLUG ETC GOING CORRECTLY. ANY ADVICE. NO OWNER'S MANUAL.

Turn key to glow plug position for 10sec in warm weather and 20-30 in cold, pull throttle lever to the start position and turn key to start position.

got fuel? fuel turned on?

What Soundguy said. Is the starter turning the motor over? If so and if it's making a little smoke while spinning the motor then you should be getting fuel. Are you giving it some throttle?
along with all those other things mentioned, you may want to check the ground connection at both the battery and the frame (under dash). i had some issues with corrosion where the cable mated with the cable clamp. in addition, on my beast, the fuel lever should be in the "vertical" position to open the valve. this always seemed counter-intuitive to me, but then . . .

If it turns over and doesn't start
Is the shut off knob pushed back in?
The glow plug indicator is that chrome disk on the dash that has a hole in it can you see that glow when you turn it to glow position?
If it won't turn over at all check Both ends of battery cable paying special attention where the ground hooks up . I have had problems with the grd before and have run the GRD wire back to the starter bolt.
