When I call my local fiber company with questions, I talk to somebody local instead of somebody that has no idea where I'm located.
We are also on fiber and have tv also with our local electric coop. I sent a message via their online contact form about accessing an app that required the service provider on a Saturday evening. Was shocked to get a phone call back from a local rep within 30 minutes. Was expecting a canned reply via email on Monday at the earliest.
