Interesting new issue with Starlink.
I was remotely connected to my SL system in CA, while it was experiencing moderate snow. Speed was unusually slow so I verified the "automatic" snow melt option was selected. It was, but shortly thereafter I lost all access.
I connected using the app and my system credentials for CA. But, it would not allow me to make any change to snow melt config. In fact, it wouldn't show that option at all in the app.
At this point, I don't know if my app was only talking to Starlink.com, or if it was actually getting to my dishy in CA or not. I am in bypass mode there, so, not sure how that figures into the mix.
I'm guessing I will reestablish connection tomorrow as the weather clears. It will be interesting to see if the snow melt part of the app "wakes up" once I can establish a connection again.
