Stalling foton 250a

Hi folks, I am having a stalling problem with my Foton 250A. I can be mowing along and all of a sudden it will loose power, start running rough and finally die. If I use the hand pump on the side of the motor it will eventually start and run rough and act like it was flooded and then run fine. Some days it will not act up,but today it did this 3 times in less than an hour. Any ideas would be appreciated. It only has 97 hours and I just replaced the fuel filter last week. Thanks

Welcome to TBN. Have you checked the filter in the tank and the sediment trap in the tank fuel shutoff?? also may pay you to check the fuel line some have been known to collapse internally.
You may be better off asking this question in the Chinese Tractor Forum lots of good advice.
