Hey Deano, Good idea using a bungy cord. Probably the next best thing to Duck Tape.

One of the stabilizers on my L48 leaks down to the ground in about 48 hours. The dealer rebuilt the cylinder with new seals - no difference. Don't waste your money doing the same.

I use the cheap ratchet strap method. A bungee cord on the L48 just won't hold those heavy stabilizers.
