Sprayer Pump issue

I have a Delavan 66-3110 pump that I am using with a 15' sprayer and I am having a few problems with the pump.

I've checked all other lines and they are clear and have isolated this to a pump problem. I tried running the pump and couldn't get any pressure from it. Even with a short hose and a funnel pouring water in it would barely take in any water and came out like a trickle. It was like the pump was clogged. I took the pump apart and cleaned it up inside the reassembled the pump finding no obvious issues. I put it back on the tractor and it worked great! I ran the pump for about 20 minutes and then stopped. When I went to flush the system on the sprayer.....I came up with nothing. No pressure. Hardly even an trickle. Even when re-hooked up a hose and a funnel to the pump. No pressure out of it. Any ideas on where to even look here?

Try rebuilding the pump. We have had these that look fine but would not draw or create pressure. Rebuild works unless the housing is worn then you need a whole new pump. The tolerances are very tight and once the rollers or the housing are worn you will never get any pressure.

I Stand Alone is probably correct, the only other thing that I can think of based upon your testing is the PTO adapter is slipping on the pump shaft.
