Nice looking machine. Just curious; why the fittings on top of the square tubing between the side pins on the three-point hitch?

Excellent build! One question tho - there's always a question. Lol! Why is the splitting wedge welded on the bottom and bolted on the top? I don't see where it can be disassembled to change the wedge if need be. Again - excellent build!

The top bar comes off to slide a 4 way wedge over the steel tube behind the wedge to so it can slide and be adjustable, I assume anyways as other log splitters use that design

Looks good! Best addition to a splitter when your back gets old is out feed table(s). Next best is a lift, though yours will lower to get the big ones, right?

im in the process of making the out feed table,will post pics when done.and yes the height is adjustable with the three point hitch
