Yesterday I went to HD to get some marking paint for a project I'm starting. I'm looking at the colors and see cans with clear caps. I pick one up an the color label on the can says "clear".

I'm not sure, but the only thing I can think of for clear marking paint is for WIRELESS UTILITIES! :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

That is 100 % correct. We use it to seal the chalk line so it doesn't wash off when cutting with a concrete wet saw.

LOL..I am going to have to "tell on myself" I am in no mean's a "gullible" type of person. But years ago in California ,Ever ready was marketing a clear D cell flashlight with "designer" batteries that you could see in the flashlight once installed.You could purchase batteries with different markings on them..Christmas holly markings ,Halloween ,etc..etc..My older brother threw me one of the flashlights in the store and said..This is great!! it's clear so you can see when the batteries are dead...I tried to hide it...He saw it in my eye's...For a split second I thought ...How cool...Of course I came to my senses quickly..He was after all my "older brother"...
