Sources for practice scrap

/ Sources for practice scrap #11
Make a trip to a few new metal shops, some will sell their drops out of the scrap bin and some will not.
I also go to the scrap yards some will resell some will not. Around here scrap from the yard goes for 25 cents a pond. Some of the scrap is drops from metal shops and is clean. Thats what I like to find.

There is a guy close to Little Rock that advertises in Craigslist all the time with scrap, some of it pretty large pieces of plate, angle, tubing etc for 50 cents a pound. I dont know if that is comparable to new price or not since I havent bought any new material
