Tractor
John deere 2520
Hoping to purchase a new JD 2720 with backhoe and loader next spring. I've been looking at all the ways I can use my new tractor while building a new home. I found some good information and videos on the web. Has anyone built new construction that wants to share their experience? Besides the normal grading, leveling, rock moving and landscaping chores...I also think I can use it for fence post hole digging, electrical and sprinkler trencing, below slab stone placement, backfilling, moving building materials around, septic system digging. Any other creative ideas?

Like you, I bought my tractor as I was building a new house. I've used it a lot and can't imagine not having one now. I installed my own septic system with mine (easily saved me a couple of grand $$). Cleaning up the job site is also much easier if you have a loader bucket. I suggest getting a box blade, as they are ideal for landscaping.

Good luck!
