The acrobat is in pretty good shape, very few teeth missing and just 3 locking pens were missing.
So I looked around in my scrap pile and made the new pens, only got to paint them.

It's a chaff cutter.
We will use it to chop the straw is smaller pieces to put in the horse stables.

fully agree with you!! i have a home made v-rake made from 2 of these rakes, and also i have a bamfords trailed wheel rake. my neighbour has one of these and although its a good rake he hates it how easy it is for me to hook up compared to how difficult it is for him!!

Great purchases though!!
