We're still pulling 60 to 70 gallons two to three times a week out of 150 taps. I pulled 66 gallons yesterday.
Problem now is it HAS to be boiled as soon as I pull it as it will spoil [clouds up] with these daytime temps.
We're up to 6 or 7 gallons of syrup so far with only a 10 gallon evaporator, but I too think the season is nearing the end. I just built an arch out of a 275g oil drum that will take a 2 x 3 or 2 x 4 evap-pan... may find a deal on one after the season!
