Hat size snowblower for a L3240 Kubota with a cab? I am looking for a blower size that would be sufficient to fit another tractor if I trade up in time

Your profile does not say where you live so I really don't know how much snow you receive which is important when making a choice.I use a LA2674 Rear Three point Kubota Snow Blower on my L3540, plenty of power even in wet heavy snow. If you have a HYD on your L3240 then you can go slow into the heavy snow even if you do not have all the power you would want this would work fine of now and even better if you trade up. After all a 74" blower is quite large and to go up to a 84" or a 96" you tractor need to be at least 65 horse power or better. Most of the rear three point blowers are made by Rad, then painted either orange, blue or green, pretty heavy duty unit with what I like are grease-able fittings on all bearings, I would suggest a hydro controlled chute, makes is so much easier.

I have an L3240 with a 72 inch front mounted blower. It has plenty of power to handle the blower. The tractor is HST and I think that this helps when the snow is really deep or wet.
