Snowblade treatments?

Are there any new and improved products you can put on your metal blades to keep the snow from sticking? I've tried the sprays, I even took a weed burning torch and melted wax on the blade, but everything I've tried only lasts a few minutes. Was wondering what anyone uses to keep sierra cement from sticking to their blades? On my front plow, I put sheets of 1/4" HDPE screwed to the blade and they seem to work pretty good, but my rear blade I can't use those as they will instantly get torn off.

I use a product called ProtectAll, which is a spray on wax marketed mostly to RV folks. Spray it on, smear it around, wipe with dry cloth if desired... Otherwise it dries clear.
I never really tested to see how long the coating helped, but it does shed snow well for one plow run doing 15 or so long rural driveways. It's so quick to apply that I just use it prior to each snow event.
It also works great on the cab glass and mirrors. (once per season).

This is the stuff... Walmarts carry it in the RV section also.
I also use it on plastics, rubber, glass, and paint.
