Hay....who gave you permission to use the Idaho road commissions instruction book for snow plow operations :laughing:
you wouldnd believe the number of times ive seen snow plows on the road with 1" of snow in the ground...then there asking for more $$$$ to fund winter snow removal.

Always a problem where to put the snow. In a town or city empy lots is about it. Except when the EPA pulls its head out.
Colfax, wa has a river running the full lenght of main street just 1/2 block off of main. Used to dump the plow ridge in the middle of Main in the river. EPA put a stop to it, pollution ya know. Took several years befoe they finally got them to realize that piling it in empty lots and waiting for it to melt resulted in...you guessed it, running right into the river anyhow. They are back todumping in the river.
