Bought a 5' western plow with cylinders and a Kubota mount ( don't know what it fit but it has a kubota tag and serial number ) off the computer for $100. The stock JD models are only 54" wide and do not cover the wheel tracks of my 4110 when angled. I designed an under frame mount with some scrap pieces of iron and it turned out to be very functional. I mounted some work lites on the roll bar, now constructing a weight box for the rear to off set the plow weight.

Mornin Joe,
Hey that looks real good !!! Nice sturdy mount and that power angle looks great. :)

How much weight you gonna put on the back of the tractor ?

Hi Scott; I have some 2x2x 1/4" angle in the scrap pile. I welded two sections together approximately 13 x 25 in a rectangle. The plan is to flip the top one upside down and have slides on the side so I can add or subtract weight and keep it boxed in. Also use it on the TC 55 DA New Holland as a front weight. I have some bar stock that was cut in 2 foot pieces. For the 4110 I figured on starting at 500#. I have chains but if the weight box works out I may be able to get by without them.
