Anyone got any pictures of snow banks or plowing pictures with their tractors or pictures in general? I love to see what others have done plowing and how much snow you've gotten.
I never get any of myself plowing as the better half thinks i'm crazy.

Heres a shot I found (lousy one at that) of a blower not far from our cabin. That is not my tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Great pics Derek, I just came from plowing for the first time this storm, 16" so far, thought I better try to stay ahead somewhat. See what the wind brings for the morning.

You should be reported to the Society For the Prevention of Cruelty of Old Tractors for taking that out on a day like today. It is obvious that you have no respect for your senior citizen tractor and are just going to work it till it dies...... LOL.... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Here he is going in the opposite direction. (attached). Maybe Hwy. 89 North?

Those things are incredible - 4 wheel steering, 102" cut, rated to toss a 10" rock, capacity to 3500 TPH. That's almost a ton per second! (Specs and another photo).

Getting off the topic a little, but I am curious about the extremes of your weather. The reason I ask this is because I don't think we have anywhere in Australia that would need an evaporative air conditioner in summer and get snow in the winter.

Here in New York where I live it was -3 F last night. In the summer it gets up to 90 F some days it does hit the 100 F mark but not too often. There are other places with even lower temps then what I get to experience and their highs are about the same.

The interesting part was that it was 68 F two weeks ago and now is -3F /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

We get wild swings too, in 24 hours it went from +18 C to -30 C without counting any of that windchill garbage /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
(thats 65 f to -22 f for the americans!)
