SMV on Seat or Bracket?

Howdy. I'm gonna be installing the SMV sign on my tractor shortly and I was wondering if I should put it on the back of the seat or on the bracket that came with the power beyond kit? Why does it even come with a bracket? Can you move it somewhere when you have a backhoe attached? Thanks!
