Driving down the road today, passing a house with a yard sale in progress. Lots of stuff out front, but too much traffic to stop safely. Mostly clothes and knick knacks, no tractor stuff I could see. But I could swear Junior Samples himself was sitting on the porch. If not, his was his twin, large fella, bib overalls, ball cap, t-shirt, thumbs hung in the suspenders, the whole bit.

It hurts to think of all the missed bargains at all the yard sales. Who has the time? Besides, I survived yesterday and the day before, without any extra stuff in my life.

I so miss the Pet Peeve Thread. It was a great place to file away all those daily peeves. Now, they accumulate under the surface like a giant super volcano.

This morning I saw an old guy with a big white beard and wondered what it would be like for him to wear a mask.

Which made me think of Santa Claus and the inability to practice social distancing.

Which made me think there will be a lot of unemployed pedophiles this December.
