slt 1554 wiring question

Hi all, New to the site but could really use your help. I was mowing last weekend and a bush that I drove by caught the wires that run to the alternator(ac), magneto, afterfire sol and everything else in the wire loom that runs to the engine. the wires came out of the plastic connector on the side that goes to the main part of the loom and I cannot figure out by color which wire goes into which hole of the connector as the wires on the side that goes to the engine are color coded differently.

Any help would be great

I believe it is a 2003 or maybe 2004

The wiring diagram is near the end of the manual.
