Sorry about that, today is beautiful clear sky low humidity the mood lightens. You'll be fine. They tubed the new wheel/tire and it has held up since last fall. Just have not been in 4WD with a loaded bucket on pavement.
I am in 4WD 100% after learning my lesson sliding down a hill a bit. Could have been bad. Now I leave it in 4WD all the time. I only cross and park on hard pavement when I put her to bed. No work on the pavement.

Up here if you have BX front tire issues you automatically get tubes put in the tire. It seems to eliminate the problem.

I'm late to this discussion but both my BX front used to go flat. The unusual thing was that they would be fine for a month or so and one morning I'd go out and the rim of one or the other was on the ground. Seemed like there was no in between.

Anyway, I took off one of the tires and pumped it up to 60 pounds (Safety Police anyone?). Then laid it on its side and sprayed a mixture of dish detergent and water on the tire and went about my business. Came back after 5 minutes to turn it over and little tiny bubbles were coming out of cracks on the sidewall.

Immediately went to Tractor Supply and bought the correct sized tubes and no problem since then at all. If you have a bead breaker they are easy to install yourself.

 Yeah for some reason I am doing one tube at a time. Like an idiot, I would rather make as many trips as possible. Kind of like going to Home Depot three times on a Saturday for one project. By the third trip the cashier knows the whole story and starts suggesting other things I might need. I assure them this is the last time this weekend so I have to go to Loews on Sunday!

HA!!! That sounds EXACTLY like me. I may see the same cashier at twice a week or several time within a month and they always ask "how's that project going" in a NON-generic way cuz they actually KNOW what I'm doing and how I'm doing it. Funny post, Dragoneggs, I'd hit the "LIKE" button if this forum had one like Debate Policy. HA! I just had my tire fixed on my 1700 and after reading some of these posts, I'm glad I finally took it to a professional. I picked up a rusty nail while grading the drive-way and broke it off at the rubber nub on my back tires. That went OK for a few days but I eventually had to stuff it with some rubber I had. That worked for a few more days so I finally used the "fix a flat". Well, this morning, I had had enough so I drove it up on the trailer to have it fixed and before I could get it out there it was FLAT, Flat, flat. I then decided to crank it (because of MURPHY's Law) and as my luck would have it, it was on one side too long or somthing cuz it seemed to be flooded. Well, I then drained the battery so I jumped it off. In fact, I drove it to the tire place (about 2 miles down the road) while it was running on the trailer (thinking it would have had plenty of time to charge). Well, IT DIDN"T, but fortunately, my tire guy had it all fixed and the battery charged when I finally got back in town. I agree that the harsh turning caused much of your problems....most of mine was hard-headedness. HA!!!
