HA!!! That sounds EXACTLY like me. I may see the same cashier at twice a week or several time within a month and they always ask "how's that project going" in a NON-generic way cuz they actually KNOW what I'm doing and how I'm doing it. Funny post, Dragoneggs, I'd hit the "LIKE" button if this forum had one like Debate Policy. HA! I just had my tire fixed on my 1700 and after reading some of these posts, I'm glad I finally took it to a professional. I picked up a rusty nail while grading the drive-way and broke it off at the rubber nub on my back tires. That went OK for a few days but I eventually had to stuff it with some rubber I had. That worked for a few more days so I finally used the "fix a flat". Well, this morning, I had had enough so I drove it up on the trailer to have it fixed and before I could get it out there it was FLAT, Flat, flat. I then decided to crank it (because of MURPHY's Law) and as my luck would have it, it was on one side too long or somthing cuz it seemed to be flooded. Well, I then drained the battery so I jumped it off. In fact, I drove it to the tire place (about 2 miles down the road) while it was running on the trailer (thinking it would have had plenty of time to charge). Well, IT DIDN"T, but fortunately, my tire guy had it all fixed and the battery charged when I finally got back in town. I agree that the harsh turning caused much of your problems....most of mine was hard-headedness. HA!!!
