Slip clutch adj

Does anyone have any info on how to properly adjust a slip clutch?
JD 4010 with a JD 647 roto tiller.
I have the manual but no info.
I assume its not adj right after my recent driveline failure.

The reason I adjust/check mine each spring is it can rust up over the winter (it sits outside). Also, when I bought it (new) the clutch was stuck.

I can help you thru it, but you need to know how many ft/lbs it is s'posed to set at.
