I have to agree, there is nothing wrong with the hydraulics. The hydraulic fluid will take the path of least resistance - flowing into one cylinder than into the other. This is perfectly normal. Another tip, when you drive into the bucket, if you scoot it along the ground slightly or turing your tires back and forth may help get the couplers even and engaged into the bucket.
