So I recently acquired a Woods D80-2 Bush hog, that has a single hydrualic line for raise and lower rear wheels.

My SCV has hydraulic connections. Do I just plug the single hose into the one hydraulic port and it will work? I'm a little nervous as I have used only implements that had a pair of hydraulic lines.

Try it, should not be a problem. Can't hurt anything. Likely it is a single acting cylinder and uses the weight of the bush hog to return the cylinder and bush hog.

I use a single acting cylinder to raise my snow plow blade and only use one line to the cylinder.

No problem at all. The system will go into relief while the implement is lowering, but that won't cause any issues.
