Simple item - Buy or Make

I am mounting a tool box on my MF2310 and would like to use the same mount that is used for the warning triangle. It would be a simple item to make by bending some steel.

Does anyone know where the male insert for the bracket can be purchased?
Additionally, any insight into where I can purchase the bracket set would be appreciated.
