I broke the swivel point off of my 7TL loader at the bucket end with the bucket full which twisted the other swivel.

The swivel is a separate insert that is simply welded into place on the end of the loader arm. Bobcat can't get me a new swivel - outside of re-engineering/manufacturing the part, what other options do I have?

Here is a picture of the one that broke off. I didn't notice that the other was bent until later.

I would think that the end could be welded back on. It appears that the original weld didn't have much penetration. Do the same to the opposite swivel.

Any decent fab guy/welder could fix that... little bit of grinding, fit it back up, maybe cut the other side loose at the same time, to line up the pin holes strsight, and weld it back up...

As long as the ball still rotates, you can just weld that one back on. If the ball is damaged, new ball ends aren't that expensive to replace. Just make sure you get a 100% penetration weld on it by putting a bevel on each side. I would weld it with 3/32" E 7018 electrodes concentrating your arc mostly on the ball end. The OEM weld looks like it was a defective weld which caused the break.

How bad is the other side twisted? Picture?

I didn't take a picture of the other side. I didn't notice it until I brought it to my welder. He was going to see what he could do.

It isn't the 3-pt and it doesn't have a ball, it is a straight shaft.

I compared some new 7TL loader pictures with some older ones. It looks like the new loaders are beefed up in some areas, including the same place yours broke. They now have a piece of flat stock formed along the bottom side extending from just above to just below that weld. It looks slightly wider than the arms too, which means they are trying to add strength sideways probably because they had failure like yours.
I attached your photo with a sketched added piece. Red is the formed/bent-to-fit flat stock, and green is where its welded.
