Do you heat your home with #2 heating oil? If so, you could pour it in that tank if it makes you feel better and it won't be wasted.

Bottom line, you probably got worse out of the pump without knowing it.....

I'm the original poster. Called Sta-Bil. Asked if there was anything in the stabilizer that could harm my tractor. He asked which color I used. I think he said red, yellow, or blue. I said red. He said no problem.
