Another update...
I put the trailer (just the home, not the land) up for sale on Craigslist on Friday morning. I had several calls and showed it 3 times on Saturday. The last guy to come look at it Saturday evening agreed to buy it. I have a deposit in hand as we work up a purchase agreement and final payment this week. He is planning to move it to his land, make some repairs, and move his newly graduated (from college) son into it.
