Tractor
Looking
My wife's aunt came over last night for dinner and just a social visit. She seen me hooking up the mower and asked if she could come along to watch. Well, I know back when she was younger she spent a good many hours mowing with a sickle bar mower and raking hay. I knew she was itching to try out the tractor. I said sure. She made one lap with me and then I asked her if she wanted to try it out. She looked at me and said " Don't worry, I know how to mow." I made one lap with her, I know it is not recommended to ride on the tractor. She handled that tractor with ease. First thing she said was how wonderful the power steering is and how good it handles. You know what happened next?? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

That was all she wrote. I got off and stood there until dark. She was not about to get off now. She mowed until dark and even in the dark ride back to the house you could not get the smile off her face. She could not believe how far tractors have advanced since her days mowing. She said you all have it to easy now. Just kidding!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yea Donny, the fellers on the NH forum complain about the TC48/55 having steering problems. I got on the old IH3444 a few weeks back and used it. I thought the steering was broke on it after spending so much time on the TC48. It drives and steers like a dream compared to the older iron. That Kioti DK45S is a sweeet ride! No wonder she didn't want to get off it. Oh and those beautiful mountains.......now that's 2 great pictures. Thanks! Surprised you didn't hay that field out. Poleclimber would have loved to have that for his cattle. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I agree 110%. There is something about that smell. I should of got a picture of the whole field. Actually the field did pretty good considering no fertilizer on it this year and cooler than normal temps. With the price of fertilizer /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Maybe next year it will get a shot of fertilizer.

I knew somebody would catch that along with the standing on the step. I'm sorry your honor. Guilty as charged /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

At least you weren't riding on the back by standing on the deck of the brushhog. Don't laugh, I've seen it. Kids love a ride in the bucket too.

In August send your aunt into my place. I can use her for about a months worth mowing and when she's done with that I'll put her to work cleaning up brush piles. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif With your cab model I'm sure there would be no complaints from her. Then I would lose a babysitter /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif No way! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
