Carrying ability, especially off road on low air pressure, has little to with tire width, but with air volume.

Most people don't realize that it's the air volume in a tire that supports the weight, so thanks for bringing that up. In that sense the tire is simply a vessel for the air.

With two ways to have a higher volume, a larger tire or higher inflation pressure, it largely explains the single vs. dual situation.

That the tire's profile also plays a role is something I've never heard mentioned by anyone in the general public.

That guy must not have had a single thought about load placement...or any other logical things.

Looks like it was photo-shopped, but I'll comment anyway. Not that that pickup should be towing so much, but he could have given the rear axle a break and loaded farther to the rear. Even the front trailer tires look to be too heavily loaded.

it's a pretty good 'shop if it is
the truck's tires look nicely crushed
the front tire of the trailer is distorted realistically
the suspension of the trailer is crushed and the tires are in full contact with the deck
the deck is showing significant bowing

Overall I believe the trailer & equipment portion of the trailer is legit
whether or not that's the actual, I can't say - the wheels tell me it's probably a "half ton" truck, but the GN hitch says 3/4-1 ton truck, but no guarantees in either case.

You'd have to be a complete idiot to even stage the pic, I wouldn't want to stress my truck or trailer just to take a pic and then unload it, so it must be legit lol

Good analysis. That roller/compactor is likely around 26,000lbs. The tractor loader another 10,000. I can't imagine how overloaded the pin weight is on that truck. There are some nutjobs out there...
