I've seen this happen but never that high. They only go up a couple feet before someone notices. But it does happen.

I've got a buddy in the industry who told me that happens a lot more often than you'd think. But gennerally the operator is paying enough attention and the truck's front wheels rarely come off the ground.

That's why there are several signs at the port reminding you to release the chassis dogs. But sometimes people get in a hurry. The good news is obviously the dogs do a good job holding the can on the wheels.
