I just noticed that it is only using one of the two bolts available.

They say, there was an era when it was practically unheard of to have a snowplow operator plowing Ontario Roads, not to be hammered. Drinking and plowing snow was just a given. Yet you never heard of accidents.

Maybe some plow operators nowadays need to consider it. But hey, dope is legal, so there ya go.
