I think the lot slopes towards the upper left. I bet he left the forklift in gear the first time which is why it drove forward, then he put it in neutral and it rolled down the slope like the boat did.

Do these survey people remove the best and worst in each state to even things out? Boston is chaos and NY with NYC comes in 3rd? Yeah the rest of both states seem fine but those two cities are nuts in my book.

If you read it they are basing this entirely on number of fatalities per 1000 drivers. It has nothing to do with total number of accidents, or even injuries.
