I am going to be moving one of my kids back into the college dorms tomorrow. It is about a two hour drive from home. I loaded in the mattress and boxes, etc. into the pickup tonight. As I was grabbing the ratchet straps to get everything nice and secured I thought, why the heck should I go through all this trouble. I see post after post of knuckleheads not securing their loads. :laughing:

Of course I did anyhow.

I stopped to help a lady that had slid on an icy road breaking the bead on a tire. Somehow she made it seem like I was part of her problems being now responsible for her and wanting me to stick around for the tow truck. Just another USER!
