Lets fail some hydraulics!

No chains or ties unless hidden down inside the trailer. Every bump the front loader and backhoe buckets were bouncing about 8" or so.

That looks like a pretty smooth highway - bumps moving the buckets 8" or so? Maybe it was just the whole unit rolling back and forth. He's got it penned in!

We had just came across a rough bridge and I saw them bounce. The front bucket actually seemed to flop some on the loader arms, which made it appear like a heck of a lot of bounce... The backhoe wasn't quite as bad.

I love Home Depot!

This was still wrapped with plastic on the pallet, but not sure it's secured properly... :p Also - check out the tailgate and tell me what's keeping this from sliding back aside from those bungee straps.

I have a 14 foot dump and it has D rings in the bottom so they cannot be seen from the outside. I do put my backhoe bucket on the bottom of the trailer. what would be the problem with putting a 2" receiver under the gate and having a platform for the backhoe bucket to sit on since it would be easy to remove it would not be in the way when hauling gravel.
