Shackle for Drawbar?

i want to get an anchor shackle I can mount to the drawbar for pulling. What is the thickness of an L3200 drawbar - 1.25"?

Sounds about right. Think the hole is 3/4 or 1"

The clevis I ordered many years ago has a 3/4" pin, meant for 7/8" holes. And the spacing between eyes is 1.5".

I remember having a hard time finding the right size locally, so I ordered that one. Fits the Kubota drawbar perfectly.

Yeah, I originally bought it for my B2920, but it fits my L3200 drawbar exactly the same.

I use a twisted clevis. Makes it easier to drop a chain through.

At least on screw pin anchor shackles, the pin diameter is one size larger than the body size (and name) of the shackle.

If you want a 1 inch pin, buy a 7/8 shackle.

There - it's a plain shackle + a grab link.
Makes a very quick & secure connection that pulls well from just about any angle.

If you will be driving through any weeds or tall grass, put the pin on from the bottom so the clip will be on top and protected. I lost several clips while bush hogging before I started installing it this way.

I already have a regular shackle, but I really like that Koch twisted shackle! Plus a great forged hook that came off the front of a neighbor's 50's dump truck that had been parked in his woods for 25 years. Now, I just need a project or two to use 'em.

I was debating whether to get one with a screw pin or not, maybe I should have. At least now I have something!

I'll adopt the TBN solution: straight with pin, straight with screw pin, Twisted, and chain hook. Need a hitch pin too!
