Ferguson TEA-20
Good Morning

I am trying to get older model Ferguson TEA-20 running. Can some one supply me with the points and plug gap spec's and also, if possible the carburetor settings for the air and fuel mixture needles.

Many Thanks

Jeff

Not sure about a Fergie, but .030 was a common plug gap. My dad has two IH forklifts, the point gap is .015-.018

.015-.018 will do it. If you don't have a gauge, use a matchbook. They're about right :)

.025-.030 on the plugs or a dime will do.

Fergies aren't really fussy.

The TEA-20 used the British Standard engine and Lucas electrics and all my data is for the US made Continentals. Try www.fergusonenthusiasts.org or go to Yesterday's tractors web site.
