Hello,

What have I been doing?

Well, I had to make a pretty drastic change to the database to even see if it was merely a problem with our indexes. It's not, unfortunately. But there are a few things I'm still looking into.

Right now, you'll still notice the searches are slower than they used to be, but I'm unsure why that is exactly. I'll continue looking into it.

Sorry for all the downtime today, it's been hectic.

Yes, very much so, but I just thought that it was on my end. I am usually run in 24 hr mode. It has been so bad that when I change windows, I play Spider Solitaire for a while. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I don't run in the 24 hour mode. I just use the main index. I had noticed it getting slower, but not terrible until yesterday and then really bad this morning.
