Why did you decide to do that?

Mostly we're not getting any younger. The kids are grown. We have a very nice 8 stall horse barn and no longer have horses. We feel someone should have the property (40 acres) who would use it as it was intended.

I hate to see anyone have to move into town. We lived there into our late forties for our kids to have friends/neighbors and built our final home in the country where we will spend our remaining days.
