I will be selling my B7800 here soon and need to determine an asking price. I purchased the tractor new in 2003. It has an LA402 FEL, 60" MMM, and a Pyramid landscaping box. I used the tractor for mainly mowing my 3 acre field. It only has 120 hours. Is there a pricing guide in which I can determine a selling price? Thanks in advance as always!

No guide that I know of. It is pretty much what the market bears.

You can check out similar machines at TractorHouse, but be aware that these are often listed by dealers, which gives them a marketing advantage and leverage that you can't match and also be aware that these are list prices, not the prices at which such deals close.

I would guess 12-13K. But really it depends what someone will give you for it. It's definitely a buyers market, and your competing against 0% financing.

I just sold my 2005 B7800 with loader, clamp on forks, tire chains, wt box, and tooth bar. The tractor had 285 hrs on it. I asked 13,500 and got 12,200.

Perhaps mine is worth $13,000+ due to the mmm. Thanks for the reply.

I'd certainly be interested in your tractor at around $12,500. I'm outside of Houston, however, and I believe shipping would be a nightmare.

Good luck!

OTR shipping is easy and much less expensive than a road trip of your own. Austin Co. to Houston is a short trip.

I bought a B7800 last fall 2004 model with LA402, and hydraulic rear remote, 200hrs for $11,200 plus a two day road trip to get it. The loader was stored outside most of it's life and the paint is showing it and has a slight smile in the bucket cutting edge. I would think your setup is worth $13,000. Where I live it would fetch that kind of money for sure. Even with 0% financing a new B3200 outfitted the same way must be close to $20,000. My frugal mind would not hesitate to jump on the used machine.
