Selling a Kubota

I have had my M8540 Bota for almost 2 years and have done all the heavy work I need to do with it. I would like to sell it and maybe get a smaller machine later for the road maintenance and snow removal.

It is a 2007 model with about 250 hours, the large loader option, a large rear Landpride rear blade hydraulic control of 3 axis's, 3 rear hydraulics, and a front hydraulic, a 104 in snow blade, a heavy duty root grapple, pallet forks and a 8 ft Road Boss. It also has a duel speed PTO.

The dealer near me says he would sell it at a $45,000 asking price minus a %10 commission. What do you all think of the price and is there a good place online to try and sell the machine myself.
