I have a question about the seat position on my compact (B1700).
The seat is attached to the sliding postion adjuster via two angle brackets. I just noticed over the weekend that these angle brackets have an extra set of holes that would allow the seat to be moved back an extra 1". I'm 6'4" and find the seat position a little cramped so I am going to move the seat back with these extra holes.
There's no mention of this adjustment in the manual and the holes are too precise to be a fluke. Has anyone noticed this or moved the seat accordingly?

If I remember correctly, my 9 year old 2150 had the same extra set of holes. I moved the seat back and it worked just fine. One inch was about the most I could gain without having the back of the seat hit the fuel tank. Have fun.
