The seat on my tractor is starting to crack. It's only 2yrs old. Spends most of its time flipped forward over the steering wheel, but is still managing to crack.

What do you use to save the seat from sun/weather damage? Armor All?

I think sitting in the seat is the primary cause for splitting. Maybe they'll crack even if not used. ??

After 10 years, my tractor seat started to split, stored inside. But I've just put up with it for the last 4 years, with the thought that I will order a new one soon.

Would be great to hear of a treatment such as armor-all, but then I don't like splipping and sliding around on armor-all either.

Your seat is cracking up, mine looks depressed.

Seriously I haven't had much success with anything making them last longer other than keeping them out of the sunlight. I just change the cushions out when needed and go on.

JD sells a "conditioner" that seems to help on the JD seats, not sure it
would help on a Kabota, but suspect it would. It comes in a spray can. You just spray a little and rub it in. Seems to keep the vinyl softer and more supple. It does leave the seat a little slippery for the first few rides, but not nearly as bad as ArmorAll.
