- Started with a B-20 Kubota, then B2910, now L2800
Does anybody know when Kubota started putting the new style seat on the 3030's from the factory. I was checking out a 3030 at one of the nearby dealers and from reading here about how poor of design the old style seats were I had to see what all the fuss was about. The 3030 I was looking at had to have the old stle seat. It was the most uncomfortable seat I had ever sat on. I ask the salesman about the new seats and he said he didn't know anything about a new style seat. I have a 30 year old Snapper lawn mower that is more comfortable than this thing was. When I had a B-2910 it had a great seat. Why would Kubota change to a seat of this design is beyond me.
