Seat Identification - Buckeye

I recently picked up an old cast iron tractor/farm implement seat. It has the words BUCKEYE and AKRON cast on the top (sitting) side and some words cast along the upper back edge. I was going to clean this up and paint it and was wondering if Buckeye had a color, like the Deere green or Kubota orange, associated with it. Any other info about the company, seat, what it went to would be appreciated too. TIA.
