I thought the guy who bought Sears (Ackerman or something like that) also owned K-Mart. I couldn't get the link to download but something feels fishy.

It downloads fine for me. It was one of the headlines on yahoos front page today. "ten brands that will disaaper in 2012" I believe...

You'd hafta read the story on that page to see what that guy is going to do
