SD1840 Engine Rebuild Kit or Parts for LET802C Motor???

Hello, I have a Shibaura SD1840 with the LET802C engine. I'm in need of the parts or a kit to rebuild the motor. The only place I have found to find the parts available is Southern Global Tractor. But their pricing just seems so high compared to different engine kits for different motors. Does anyone know anywhere else I can get the parts? Thank you

This is for a Ford 1500. Does it look similar?

Not exactly the same but very similar. My Shibarua only has one gearshift in the center. However the damaged parts I'm looking far appear to be the ones in this diagram. I live in Pickens SC and there is a Ford tractor dealer in Anderson that may be able to help me find those parts. If not, I may try Messicks. I sent an email to Southern Global as well which is located in Mississippi. They have helped me before on parts.
