Screaming IH 584 hydraulics

My 1979 IH 584 gives a shrieking sound at high revs as though its coming from under the seat. Is that where the valve blocks are as it does lessen volume when I operate the loader when it start shrieking. It obviously doesn't make a noise at low-medium revs.

Need more info but probably a relief valve.

Is your 3pt lever in neutral?

If the 3pt is in the full raise position, it might go into relief/scream.

My IH 464 acted like that when the hydraulic filter needed to be replaced.
