Sorry... I though you meant the "bracket" that holds "anti-scalp wheel assembly" (parts 020 through 060 ) to deck....
Did you really mean the (060) K5221-72680 PIN....

I had one rot through at the right corner. I just cut some 1/4 plate and welded it back in where it was rusted out. As far a I know you'll have to get a new or used deck to replace the welded on brackets. If it the center wheel it will take a bit more diligence to fabricate since that includes the front mount. I see stripped decks on craigslist fairly often.

For some reason the diagram did not load, just the reply, sorry about that. I am wanting the bracket, mine is past welding. I was hoping there was some kind of replacement for it. I think I can use where the spindle goes through and make a new one.
