Very cool as usual!
This is what I'm working towards for the frame. It looks really weak by the motor but it will be tied into the frame real well though to beef it back up.

Wonderful!! Do you know what that 'bail' looking loop in the middle was for? I don't recall one on the one I spent many hours riding in the early 50s.

After it's all said and done, you should put together a set of instructions or plans as a DIY project to sell!
I'm wondering why you choose to machine components on a mill that can easily be done on a lathe, or is it because you can?
I still have to order the pulleys.
